each chatbot could be one customer so a unique key is need it. If the same customer NOW have many chatbots we can create all of that using the same unique key or create a workspace with all chatbots sharing the same workspace. This is the most safe way in case of illegal actions performed on the bots.

You can now achieve the same thing by setting separate API key for each Workspace.

Since you don't have a machanisum to charge clints for the number of chats per month it is prone to get abuse.
