Question...so after re-training, will we see an update to the prompt on the backend or some kind of documentation showing the updated training that was done as a result of our correction? I think that would be extremely helpful for future builds and bot development (as well as creating our internal SOPs around bot training. :) )

Yes I need to get my assistant to be more precise. Give only the answer requested instead of just returning lines of non relevant data. The temp is set to 0.0003. Do you have a temp value = -1. This is whll.at I need. So when I ask for a year something happened all I want is the year and not all about the event as

Was wondering if this could be a workaround to address the above? Instead of uploading the one document multiple times or uploading new documents after each revision to train the Chat bot or deleting older responses . Could we upload a Google Docs that we can constantly revise/update then embed using the URL/Webpage option - will it automatically feed through every update/change that takes place? So any changes made in docs, will automatically update the chatbot?

Yes this was a big concern of mine, would be great to be able to 'clean up' the bot responses through some review processing. Otherwise it gets looped in a bad spiral of bad info.

I really need to retrain my bot, if the answer is not accurate. There should be a review feature for the admin to analyse the bot answers and to enter better suggestions for an answer

This is critical! Without the ability to revise answers and retrain the bot on new data, frequently, the bot will not work provide accurate information

Absolutely essential for any chatbots. It avoids hallucinations. This should go hand in hand with being able to have Ann FAQ or question and answer embedding section.
