    gpt-trainer.com already has this and they can forward the leads to emails or via webhook to CRMs. They also have a lot more features, and their team is much more responsive. I highly recommend checking them out.

    Not sure why this was delivered without true email and phone number fields. The phone number should ideally have a country code picker. Otherwise, most of the data is useless and burns up credits. Get the preference for getting lead data through conversations, but a simple lead form will be preferred if email and phone number field formats are not validated. What is the target delivery date for true email and phone number fields?

    This doesn't work well. If the customer provides a text other than what is asked for, that text will be captured. Example, if the chatbot is asking for email and the person replies something else like "Hello" "Hello" will be considered as the email. They're not using AI to capture.

    A programmatic, pre-mapped chat sequence is fundamental for use in basic customer support models. Allowing a visitor (potential customer) to progress through a pre-designed series of steps to get more information about a specific thing, request a specific lead magnet, and enter their contact information for storage on the back-end is a vital component for any chatbot system. This is a showstopping omission for any chatbot product.

    Let us send the lead info to our CRM (Lead Connector) Highlevel & Co. Option to display Lead Form at the beginning before the chat starts and if it should be after 1,2,3 or more questions asked by customer, naturally during the conversion!

    take a peak as to what these guys have done... conversationaldemos.com there are a set of important questions to qualify the user and it should be able to save to a DB, webhook or send chat session via email

    Would be good to be able to specify at what point in the chat we want the bot to capture the lead information. Up front (before interaction) can be offputting. Too late in the chat and the lead has already got what they need, and are gone.

    another option would be to connect to a google sheets and upload responses there for each lead that comes through the bot. Similar to how google does it with google forms which you can connect a google sheet and use the questions as tabs
