    GDPR compliance was scheduled for the end of January 2024 by Re:tune at the end of November, 2023. Is that still the case? For many of us, the 448 million people of the EU are either our significant or sole customer base. The penalties for GDPR breaches are businesses killing. " GDPR, the fine framework can be up to 20 million euros, or in the case of an undertaking, up to 4 % of their total global turnover of the preceding fiscal year, whichever is higher." Would Re:tune kindly update the profress of GDPR compliance for those of us waiting. Thank you.

    Totally agree - without a compliant solution re:tune is useless for the EU! Please at least let us know, if you are planning to change it! Would love to use it. Thank you guys!

    We urgently need checkboxes. In Europe, users have to agree to their personal data being processed before the chatbot can interact with them.

    This is crucial and needs to be made a high priority. In essence, I cannot use this wherever personal data can be revealed. Disappointing it wasn't built ground up with GDPR. Can you move this as a priority to complete if only you are losing any Europe/UK business so it is effecting your bottom line. thanks

    Serious organisations can only use re-tune in Europe if it is GDPR-compliant. Every customer makes this a condition, because there are heavy penalties for non-compliance with GDPR legislation. Therefore, GDPR compliance is a k.o.-criterion for all European buyers of re-tune software - so it should be a top priority! Can you please give a date in the short term by when this will be realised so that European re-tune buyers can plan market access with re-tune accordingly? Thank you very much!

    This is crucial to be able to use it. Bought Tier4 and was close to ask for refund. But i hope this will be done soon. It´s not that complicated, to be honest. We need a checkbox to confirm the privacy police, an embedded link to the privacy police and the options for a client to see, change and delete the data.

    Hi teams, This is a crucial topic for our customers in Europe. Not having a compliant solutions could be a deal breaker.
