gpt-trainer.com can do this with Calendly. They also have a lot more features, and their team is a lot more responsive. I highly recommend checking them out.

It would be great if there was a way to integrate the bot with Slack and Microsoft Teams somehow to send notifications. I am aware that Google Calendar has a separate meeting Slackbot. There are cases when I have multiple calendars for different projects and it would help in my opinion.

In the context of a bot for booking clients, would be great if the AI picked up the event type from the client's inquires and then: 1. allowed customer to confirm event type with button / select options 2. provided my preferred options first as buttons - maybe the event type allows booking from Mon-Friday 9-11am, but I prefer Tuesday and Thursday 10-11am 3. if customer needs more options, they can "find more times" and view all of my availability 4. if the booking is paid, following up with a checkout link, would be nice if the checkout was mapped to an existing stripe product and prefilled email, name and maybe even a coupon code if one was mentioned in the chat or training model.

Would love to see a direct integration with Google Calendar. I miss x.ai which let me define event types, like calendly or tidy cal, but would handle scheduling the meeting within the event type's settings. For instance, I'd email some: "Hey Friend! Let's meet for a virtual coffee date next week" and then x.ai would reply to the email thread with options for a google meet call on my next available Tuesday & Thursday from 9-11am.

Can you please look at what Noodle.shop is doing with their chat widget? Not only it allows bookings from within the widget, but it allows selling services, subscriptions, digital products. Adding this functionality to retune bots will take this to the next level. Imagine trying to sell an AI bot with all this functionality to a local business in your area. Everyone would jump on it in a heartbeat.

Google Calendar integration would be ideal, as well as all the considerations one would need in arranging any type of meeting e.g. time zone differences, virtual or face-to-face, if it's over a meal then location and dietary requirements, etc. Basically all the practical aspects of booking and arranging an ideal meeting easily.

OMG! Please do this guys. This would be a game changer Whatever you though Please make calendly one of the options to do this with. This is not to say that you shouldn't also have other options. But a lot of people are familiar with calendly and these guys have become as common as zoom. This would be awsome!
Andrea Armeni β€’ 2 years ago
Yes I hope also Tidy Cal, Google Calendar and Calendly support ;)

Oh man... I LOVE This idea! I was considering buy this other AI bot called something like AppointBee AI or something like that. It's basically a bot especially made to ask the visitor to set up an appointment and it asks the visitor things like, What's your name? What's your email address? Here's the availability calendar, choose when you'd like to set your appointment. So it makes it pretty automated. But if Re:Tune could do this, man, its value would shoot through the stratosphere! πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€

We should be able to use API to integrate with any software. We are working on a use case where we have custom software for appointments and it is API enabled.

Amazing bot builder! BEGGING for deep integration with GHL asap!
Pavel Acosta β€’ 2 years ago
I've mentioned this one on one but if you are able to make it so that a bot does these 3 things: 1- prequalify a customer(based off a custom list of questions. Lets say 10) 2- answer users questions but always push to book a meeting or talk to a live agent **Right now ALL bots after qualifying a user, tend to just become helpful assistants but dont really push a call/demo.*** "Is there anything else i can assist you with?" ...Terrible answer. Should be more like "based on your last question, i think [Insert name] can really help bring some clarity. How does 2pm on tuesday sound? GHL currently has a booking bot that can book on a calendar. Retune could do a trigger word to get that Eliza(booking bot) to trigger and after its booked, hand it off to retune(trigger) so that it can see booking details and also share with customers should they ask again in their conversation. 3- Book a demo on a calendar while knowing what the times are available. This can also have other huge applications. Think of a bot giving product suggestions to a user based on what they are asking the bot on a given website. A much needed solution for a automated appointment setter/FAQ BOT that always persuades users to book a call or buy a product.
Yannick BOUISSIERE β€’ 2 years ago
Yes ! And be able to prequalify ! And you will dominate the market

I would say go with google calendar as the primary! not everyone has blab, calendly, or all those other things.

I use Book Like a Boss, (https://www.blab.co/), a former AS deal, to book meetings and sell services.

tidy cal from app sumo would be perfect, or even calandly would be good enough

Google is fine but ultimately i would like to integrate it with another software called gohighlevel. This software already integrates with just about every platform and calendar. It also has its own calendar system.
Dhananjoy Biswas β€’ 2 years ago
Amazing idea! Are you looking for google calendar integration only or some other platforms/tools too?
