This is definitely needed, to be honest with you an embeddable chatbot is useless in a real world application if you cant make it look and feel like part of the website it's included on.

yes, please offer more options to style the design. Custom CSS may be one way, but also change size, paddings, margins in a form.

Yeah this one would be a must-have for me : dark/light mode, primary colour, font / font size & colour. Along with white labelling, it would really help in getting hyper personalised bots.
