Is this in the progress? Option automate the complete process of giving clients their own account/access via pabbly/webhook Trigger Form/Payment in Pabbly -> Create User in ReTune (with Permission/Access Role) -> Create Workspace(Bot) for User -> Load Certain Prompt Template

Really hoping the ability to integrate via web hook, make, zapier and active pieces happens soon.

Pabbly would be better or at least Webhooks to sync lead capture info to other software. Also let us use one whitelabel domain like app.domain.com to give clients/workspace user access to their chatbots. Option automate the complete process of giving clients their own account/access via pabbly/webhook Trigger Form/Payment in Pabbly -> Create User in ReTune (with Permission/Access Role) -> Create Workspace(Bot) for User -> Load Certain Prompt Template Done! ;)

I don't understand why they don't just use the current API to make requests with a block of code, for example (it's practically copy and paste from the API section), instead of dedicating time and effort that could be applied to improving other aspects, such as enhancing the API's own features to perform more functionalities.

    Any ETA on this?

As there are many similar apps to Zapier, like 'Integrately' and 'Active Pieces', it might be a great idea to build out webhooks first, as all these apps will be able to link to re:tune then, before building out direct integrations with each of them. I, for one, would like to see an 'Active Pieces' integration.

Inbound and outbound webhooks will be awesome especially after expanding the number of documented APIs. Right now would love to get the api to retrieve captured leads variables. Appreciate any pointer

Who are you to say not Zapier but make? If you want make open a request elsewhere. This is for Zapier. Use your tiny brain and be respectful
Christophe HAMERLIK • 2 years ago
Agreed, webhook would be the way to integrate any automation tool !

make.com is much better than Zapier, please use webhook
    William O'Keefe • 2 years ago

Yes Webhook, not zapier or make module.
    david • 2 years ago
i would not limit it to Zapier. Offer an open Webhook integrations would help in most cases.
