Edit Capture fields, and you can delete, export or even import customer data. An integration with a CRM will also be great, HUBSpot or any other;

I currently face a problem as I don't want data capture to be the first chat interaction, but I can't change this in any of my BOT. It has frustrated me not to be able to use the data capture function for my users;
