Bot respond in Telegram group

Thanks for the Telegram integration, could you please add feature that let the bot respond in the Telegram group? Example, I would like give ability to group members available AT the bot name and ask question, then the bot reply in the group. This feature will help us reduce the bot giving the same reply to hundres times by different users, because with that public question and reply in the group, anothers users can see it too.
