ability to share specific threads of conversation is great!
can we share all future conversations of a bot to customers so they can view the conversations instead of us sharing each conversation manually?

This is the most critical piece in our business efforts right now.. Sending out conversation history with lead info is huge.. To not be limited to just 20 leads at a time is huge

this is very critical. please allow an option for the end user to save their data

Yes, my users are really wanting to be able to see their chat history. One user yesterday had a large thread of questions and answers on specific information, then refreshed their page accidentally and lost everything. If we can give the users the option to be able to save their data that would be great for everyone.

For GDPR purposes, we should always anonymise the IP address by setting the last digits of users' IP addresses to zeros, so the website visitor's IP address is made anonymous. This way, we can still segment users based on location without knowing their whole IP address, which meets GDPR requirements if I am correct.
There should also be an option in the backend to delete specific users' data from the system when requested by a user.. even if we have to do it manually, means that we can meet the GDPR requirements if I am correct.
Otherwise, Conversation history will be a brilliant feature, but I really hope we can link it to a CRM, email, or Chat-App human handover to allow us to follow the conversation

I second what david said about keeping GDPR, etc. in mind. Consider treating conversation history and user data collection (IP, location, etc.) as separate but related features.
Possible use cases:
1. Conversation History—Review chat to improve bot responses/training; track customer queries (if linked to personal info like name, email, phone number)
2. User IP, location—Segment users
Running afoul of privacy laws is no joke. We need to be very intentional and aware of what PII (personally identifiable information) we collect so we can manage it appropriately without getting fined into oblivion. That includes knowing what we have and removing it upon request.
It might be useful to have the option to *opt in* to collecting/storing personal data like IP and user location. But doing it by default opens a can of privacy worms that goes beyond just reviewing chat history.

Need have the capability to utilise the conversation history as well, ie.
1. Send an email either for each conversation, or a daily digest
2. Integrate with a CRM to push conversations when the user has provided a name/email address
This kind of goes hand-in-hand with the 'Capture Leads Information' functionality.

Downloading the conversations for the account owner would be key, but in addition,
In addition, it would be amazing if my clients (the folks for whom I created the bot and installed in on their website) could also log into their bot to
- see the chat history for their chatbot
- download the chat history
- add some embeddings to their chatbots
- make corrections to erroneous answers given by the bot.

Will we be able to download the conversations our bots are having so we can show our clients the interaction?

please add starting date of conversation to the history and a button to delete empty conversations

Please keep GDPR in mind, so that european user can decide to disable collecting IP adresses as this is a personal data
