X button not showing in desktop, at this time only showing in mobile. It will be helpful if X cross button option have in desktop too.

Agree this is important, this will help interactions take place. I feel visitors can overlook the power of what they could be interacting with as they might not have any idea what it is. Right now as it is I don't feel it has any look to grab the visitor's attention. I know this is in the Roadmap so looking forward to the release of this. Keep up the good work team!

Hola or Hi! .... En mi caso, adheri un script a la pagina que clickea el boton a los 2 segundos de terminar de cargar y solucioné este tema. In my case, I attached a script to the page that clicks the button 2 seconds after it finishes loading, and this solved the issue

I agree, the icon is a bit hidden atm. Maybe an idea to have the chat interface open when visitors land on the website or make it popup after x seconds.

Please add x to close. Right now, user have to click the same icon to open/close chat in desktop version.

Maybe the most important point. If nobody recognize the chat bubble, no interaction takes place.
