This function is available in Chatbase and it is very good, because it can be used for example to "Schedule an appointment" and through the "FAQS source" we give the answer to a calendar or to a whatsapp, etc. by having it perfectly configured.

Can we use this on telegram as well? Telegram allows us to make buttons, can we use this in the bot?
This would improve and simplify the client's experience with the bot, if the bot's behavior should be mostly linear. For example "Show menu", "Show what's in stock", "Show hot promotions", "Show great deals". I would also like to see the ability to customize such buttons directly in telegram.

Prompting with a series of questions that I set up. Formatting the response so it produces the desired output. Example: The Perfect Hike; Q1: Where are you located? Q2: How long do you have for your hike? Q3: What level of difficulty do you want? and then my programming: "You're a hiking expert. Please provide the optimal hike location within 50 miles of (Q1) that can be completed in (Q2) and is at difficulty level (Q3) explaining the beauty of this location and what you might encounter. Explain how weather might impact your hike. Explain essentials for a safe hike. End by encouraging them to get out and explore, and suggest alternative locations within 50 miles of (Q1).

A programmatic, pre-mapped chat sequence is fundamental for use in basic customer support models. Allowing a visitor (potential customer) to progress through a pre-designed series of steps to get more information about a specific thing, request a specific lead magnet, and enter their contact information for storage on the back-end is a vital component for any chatbot system.
